State Street  in Ukiah from 4pm to 6pm \nWe will be doing a version of the game that is more like D&D than LARP as we will be indoors at Sword & Board.  Please be aware that you will be in a place of business and may play their on the good graces of the owner.  Please abide by all rules  in the store so that we may continue to play there during rainy days. \nNormally we are located to the right (North) of the play structures and bathrooms at Todd Grove Park in Ukiah.  Parents and Guardians (and Junior GM’s) play for free.  For only $5 a session get 2 hours of  Live Action Role Play to start the week off right.   Yes you heard that right!  Due to negligible travel costs I am charging only $5 for a 2 hour session.  Keep in mind that in order to do this great deal for my local home town\, the set up and pack up are mandatory for ALL participants . SUMMARY:Family Fanwar Campout 2 - Teriock
DESCRIPTION:Registration: All families must pre-register for this event. There are a limited number of spaces available. Registration and payment are required to save your spot. To register e-mail saramelville@pacific.net. Payment may be turned in to Sara at a Fanwar event or mailed. Please contact Sara for address. \nReminder: We are a group of families that get together to hire a gamemaster. This is a family campout\, not a drop off event. All children must have a responsible adult in the park at all times with a working cell phone. This adult will take care of those children’s needs including food\, water\, behavior\, and health (both physical and emotional). Each adult may not be responsible for more children then there are seats in their car. (This is in case of an emergency\, i.e. fire\, earthquake.) \n Cost: Each session costs $15 as usual. There is a $15 per family per day fee to help cover the cost of the site. There is no extra cost to camp over night. \nLocation: The campouts are being held in AnthonyChabotRegionalPark at the Bort Meadow Group Camp. It is a primitive site. There are brand new chemical toilets but no access to showers. \n The gate: All registered families will receive an e-mail one week prior to the event in which the gate code will be announced. You will need this code to drive to the campsite from the road. Please do not share this information. \n Cars: Due to a limited number of cars allowed at the camp site\, each family is limited to one car. \n What to bring: Besides bringing everything you need to enjoy your time camping and playing Fanwar please feel free to bring musical instruments\, song books\, magic cards\, etc. \n Food: Monday night will be a pot luck dinner. All other nights each family is only responsible for their food but we encourage sharing. \n Campfire: One fire ring is available for a community campfire. \nSchedule: You may arrive as early as 3 pm on Monday. Pot luck dinner starts at 6:30pm. The special\, milieu\, around the fire session starts at 7:30pm. On Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday there will be three sessions each day. Morning session is from 10-1. Then there will be a lunch break. Afternoon session is from 3-6. Then we will break for dinner\, campfire\, and music. Night session will start at 8 and end at 10. There will not be any sessions on Friday but everyone is welcome to camp Thursday night.  \n Dogs: Dogs must be on leash in the tent area and in a tent at night. \nCharacter Sheets: If your child wants to play a character that is usually played in Chris’ Roekron  league\, please make sure to bring that character sheet. Note that it takes a minimum of a week to travel in between Teriock and Roekron.  Your character can not be played a week before or after the time of the campout as they will be considered traveling.  They also will most likely not speak the language and be restricted to 1-2 word sentences. \nLittle LARP: Little LARP will be available for interested participants ages 3-6 from 11-12 on Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday at the usual cost of $10. \nmilieu – a person’s social environment; sphere\, background\, backdrop\, setting\, context\, atmosphere
