DESCRIPTION:This event is being added to our usual Wednesday morning sessions now that they have shifted to the evenings with the spring.  Christopher can only run two sessions (the two afternoon sessions) and so he has asked the GM Team to run the morning session for those kids who cannot make other times or for whom the morning is more convenient. \nLive Action Role Playing is a tremendous teaching tool and capable of dynamic\, physically driven learning that transcends the usual boundaries of standard education. Due to the interactive\, dramatic\, hands on methods used in LARP\, teaching is often effortless and fun. Players explore concepts from history\, linguistics\, political studies\, geography\, psychology\, literature\, mythology\, engineering\, science\, mathematics\, fine arts\, team building\, and much\, much more in a single session and often don’t even realize they are learning due to the fact that they are the active participant in the process\, not the passive receiver.\nThis event is being added to continue to winter schedule of morning larp for home schoolers.  There will still be two sessions run by Christopher in the afternoon\, but in order to meet the needs of those who cannot stay late\, or can only do the morning\, this event has been added to the front of the day.  In this session players make and role play as characters in a shared imaginary world that spans the Bay Area and has hundreds of players continuously involved in collaborating on the process of storytelling and adventure. DESCRIPTION:This event is being added to our usual Wednesday morning sessions now that they have shifted to the evenings with the spring.  Christopher can only run two sessions (the two afternoon sessions) and so he has asked the GM Team to run the morning session for those kids who cannot make other times or for whom the morning is more convenient. \nLive Action Role Playing is a tremendous teaching tool and capable of dynamic\, physically driven learning that transcends the usual boundaries of standard education. DESCRIPTION:The Keychain Plotluck is an event that is for pooling and discussing plot. It is open to all players from all leagues\, and takes place in Pinnacle – characters from other locations can WayPTS in for the meeting. All characters will be screened for security purposes (e.g.\, not being affiliated with evil groups that they will pass info on to). \nThis is NOT a combat event. The entire day will be spent sitting\, talking\, discussing\, brainstorming\, learning\, and planning what to do about various plot threads – don’t worry about bringing equipment\, as it will be unnecessary. No previous info or experience is required either – a large part of the purpose of this event is to bring players new to the plot up to speed and help everyone learn the ropes of solving it. \nThis event is free as well – no payment necessary\, either in or out of game.
