Adult League Campout – Sugarloaf – North Bay

This is the Adult League campout for the Roekron Game world.  It will be held at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park.  I have three sites already reserved for 24 people which usually covers the veteran players and other players I will be in charge of.  All other players need to reserve their own site (go to ReserveAmerica to pick the site you want).  Each site holds 8 people, and the rangers have given us a deal that they will not charge us for extra vehicles, so just tell them you are with the LARP group if you bring more than one car.  All food is your own to bring, as well as fire wood, tents, etc.  I also do not chaperon anyone.  All players are required to have their own chaperon who will be their responsible adult if they are under 18, and remind them to check for ticks, stay away from the poison oak, take showers, and go to bed when they need to.  I am not responsible for any players personal camping routines, only the LARP events.

Our campouts are scheduled into three sessions.  We take long breaks in the afternoon because the summer is often too hot for game play and we need to rehydrate.
